I got good service when I was in the hospital. Felt taken care of even when things when wrong. Your public-facing employees are exemplars of their roles.

Suggested improvements
This survey platform (or at least the selection of service portion) is not good. I had to scroll through an extensive list, and even then I could not select the correct service - I got an MRI at 33 Grosvenor Place but could not select "mri" for that location, nor was "grosvenor place MRI" available. I would prefer to just select MRI from a list of bubbles ALL OF WHICH ARE VISIBLE AND ALPHABETIZED (scrolling through a tiny portion of the selections was an absolute nightmare, especially given the inconsistent naming scheme used) and then in a SEPARATE PLACE BELOW ON THE PAGE allow for the selection of location. (see: https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml5_input_type_checkbox for one way to put check boxes on a page) Fix this feedback form and you will receive actual, actionable feedback from those who care to provide it.


FIX THE FEEDBACK FORM And have a consistent story for why you can't provide service to someone who arrives late. I was denied service after arriving 10 mins late because "it would be unfair to others who would be made late" and then, the next day, had to wait and was made very late waiting for the MRI to free up. This wasn't great.
