All in all 10/10 beautiful clean surroundings and attentive kind staff. Everything was slick and timley.

Reception experience needs addressing. When you enter you feel like you are entering a prison with security guards all rushing over and telling you to cleanse your hands etc and after booking in escorting you to the lift. All over bearing and not necessary. All the 4 receptionist stopped what they were doing ,looking at you and listening as to why you were there. You could hear a pin drop. There is no background music or TV to break the silence. A dreadful experience for patients. My husband was not aloud to accompany me upstairs to the 2nd floor which is not acceptable. . Why ? He was left downstairs listening to all the other patients issues and problems as they arrived due to the silence and what all the receptionists were having for lunch. On floor 2 the same experience everyone looking and listening. Upon departure on the ground floor again all receptionist stop look listen .. and a male receptionist loudly calls out to me can he help. No thank you. I would prefer a lady and the same one that saw me on arrival. This needs reviewing as extremely embarrassing for patients. This was the only fault I could find with the whole experience.
