The care was very good. But the Administration side is very poor. Does the front reception have access to 'My Chart'? My previous visit I paid £160 but I received a credit of £40. My next visit (just a week later) I was charged £160 again. When I queried this, they said "this is the price". I asked why I had received a credit then but they couldn't see the credit (but it is on my account in My Chart'!!) I also mentioned that I was insured for this course of treatment and I had updated 'My Chart' with my insurance details - but again they couldn't see it. So I ended up paying £160 again!! NOWHERE have I been told what the charges are. I have received NO INVOICES for my treatment only Statements or Receipts, which are after the event!! The front desk at Cleveland Clinic in Portland Place are not very good (I over heard a patient at the desk on the 3rd floor that they didn't want to go to the main Reception because they were useless!) I also get too many emails and texts from My Chart. Regards, Tim

The Admin side and publishing the costs. Your website states you are 'transparent' with the pricing - NO YOU ARE NOT. What is the £160 for?


Everyone is very helpful and polite but the admin side is poor.
