My wife suffers a severe gastrointestinal disorder for many years and we were referred to Prof. Dr. Charles Knowles, and without exaggeration in a single teleconference he gave us a diagnosis and treatment plan, is astounding in its depth and perspicacity, and was greatly more valuable than the sum total of all her "treatments" she's received prior. Dr. Knowles is utterly unsurpassed and we have our complete faith and confidence in him and in his team. He is incredibly humane, compassionate, and after all these years we finally feel like we've found who can really help her. We recognize also that great souls like Dr. Charles Knowles need an appropriately brilliant and supportive infrastructure to work in, and we certainly see that in Cleveland Clinic London. EVERYONE we spoke to, has been incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. The MyChart system works splendidly. Truly we feel like we found a medical center that sincerely cares about helping its patients. Thank you so much for all you do!

Truthfully, we cannot think of anything: The staff, medical team, administrators, are all very responsive, communicative, and extremely helpful!

Dr. Charles Knowles IMMEDIATELY assembled a multidisciplinary team to devise a treatment plan, scheduled a referral to one of his colloeagues, and wrote a brilliant synopsis following our teleconference the very same day! We greatly look forward to further communications with him and his team--truly exceptional in their focus and caregiving diligence! It's like encountering an oasis after wandering a desert for years, bereft with endlessly long referral waits, and errant misdiagnoses.
