My neurology consultant Dr Losseff had booked a lipid test for me but the reception team could not find it on the computer even. After which I was sent to the wrong floor for my cardiologist, Dr Amin, and the reception there said they couldn’t find him. I had to come back for the blood test - which Dr Amin located on your system - the next day.

Your system needs improvement.

All medical staff were delightful. But all seem to be struggling with the complicated computer system.
