I was awed by the kindness, professionalism, knowledge and bespoke approach by Dr Thivi. I felt she epitomised the Cleveland ethos of a holistic team approach and had a wealth of experience which informed every aspect of her care. She was like a whole team in one lovely smile!

Please consider coat and handbag hooks in the lavatories. Also pedal bins would be more hygienic.
