The team in cardiology who were doing my tests were very helpful and showed care and explained everything to me. Professor Sharma showed great care and really took time to understand my needs and gave me very helpful advice.
Suggested improvements
The reception was short-staffed and I think that resulted in the delays in the scheduled appointments not being communicated that clearly.
Professor Sharma was very good and thorough in his consideration of my history and giving me advice for the future.
