The is a man that works on reception called Yusuf. I have Apraxia so I cannot talk. I have worked in Customer Service for over 20 years and I can honestly say he is one of the most genuine, caring and friendly person I have come across. He willingness to help me goes above and beyond. I have been to the clinic 5 times, when I arrive he has such a warm welcome. He phones the department I am visiting to explain I cannot talk but can hear fine. In between appointments he keeps me informed via email. He is an outstanding young man an a credit to your organisation.
