As always, my experience when at Cleveland Clinic was exceptional. Everyone without exception makes your visit as easy as possible.

I honestly can’t think of anything that could have been done on my visit to improve it.

I feel I need to highlight a few people on my visit. My consultant Dr Redfern who throughout the entire process, has managed to combine professionalism with kindness and humour. For a nervous patient like myself his approach put me completely at my ease, while instilling in me complete confidence in him. Jennifer Mbireaye and Mariana Voicu the two nurses who removed the dressings and stitches, something which I faced with some trepidation. They placed me instantly at my ease, with their lovely friendly manner. Their kindness shone through as they dealt with me. They are both assets to the Cleveland Clinic and credits to their professions.
