From beginning to end, all of the team were kind, welcoming and utterly professional. Having been under some stress in relation to my health for some time, I left feeling listened to, cared for and optimistic.

Absolutely nothing. It was a first rate experience. Kingsley on the door was utterly charming. The reception team in both the ground and third floors were super efficient and welcoming. The phlebotomist on the fourth floor did a fantastic job - my veins are never easy to find but I felt nothing. And Dr Maruthappu was outstanding - super knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough and clear. I’m looking forward to my follow up consultation and have already recommended her to a friend.
