The session with Dr Nathan was positive however he was running late by 40 mins. Nobody informed me because it was after 5pm. it would have been helpful to inform me rather than waiting. I subsequently visited another day to pick up a urine bottle. Nurse Cintia was very helpful and caring. She took time to explain what I needed to do.
