Consultation with Prof Murphy was excellent! Check in was efficient but a bit clinical and wasn’t made to feel overly comfortable (ie it felt functional but didn’t get a warm feeling). Prior to my appointment it was difficult to get information from the clinic (ie fees etc).

Better and easier ways to get hold of information prior to visit. I had to email and ring several times to get the required information so I could understand what the costs would be. Check in whilst it was efficient it felt a bit cold and needed to be a bit warmer and more people centric (don’t forget most people are attending as patients so will be a bit anxious etc).

Prof Murphy was exceptional!! People who greeted us on each floor and showed us where to go etc were very happy and helpful.
