There is a ridiculously long form thrust in your face on a tablet that you are expected to read through and sign or tick in various places. why? why do you have to do this every time? I'm dyslexic so the whole thing is slightly humiliating as the receptionist had to come out from behind her screen and try and navigate me through it.
