I experienced pain, my surgeon Mr Nathwani was overseas but his office made him aware of my emails, and he personally organised for me to visit the Clinic, have x rays and blood tests . All within a couple of hours. He also organised for me to see Mr Batty. The whole process was extremely smooth and professional, everything one would want from one's medical team, who I feel went above and beyond to help me over the Xmas break. It was all a fantastic service, even down to the x ray & bloods staff
