Suggested improvements
On the instructions for video conferencing there needs to be an instruction that the page needs to be refreshed. I sat waiting for the video button to become live and it didn't. Thankfully my consultant telephoned me. The helpline pointed out that the page needs to be refreshed and that I shouldn't sing in to secure messaging before 15 minutes or the video button won't become active.


So many emails including automated emails!!
