All went smoothly. Reception found me quickly in system and was seen promptly (early) by the doctor

Suggested improvements
Receptionists should be friendlier and realise this can be a nervous time for patients. Receptionists with English as a first language have to speak more slowly to patients whose first language isn’t English. All reception staff have to speak clearly and slowly and explain thoughtfully where necessary
