The facilities were remarkable, and the nursing staff were outstanding. The whole experience helped me deal with before and after the procedure in a confident fashion.

There was a phase where blood was regularly been taken from one arm by several different individuals and it became increasingly difficult to do and at one stage became very painful. I'm not sure whether this could have been handled differently.

The nurses. I can't recall their names but they were mostly from Ohio. They were exceptional.
