Excellent staff, helped to resolve an issue with 2nd appt that day. Helped for us to get shuttle to race to grosvenor place.

Seating in waiting area really uncomfortable for those with bad backs. When we went to area for bloods it was full of patients waiting in a tiny cramped area. No seats for me, but a kindly gentleman gave up his seat.

All staff were wonderful and very helpful
