I understand that Mr. Nathan is very busy, however, I've noticed that his clinics often overrun by quite a bit of time. This time his clinic was 40 minutes late. However nobody informed me and I was just sitting at home waiting. This is not the first time this has happened and seems to be a regular occurrence.

Suggested improvements
I would expect somebody in The wider team to inform me that he is running late which would be perfectly acceptable. However, leaving patients to wait with no communication. I think it's quite poor.
