Clinical care was fantastic. Flow after arrival was very smooth FoH -> Nursing -> Dr Humby -> Phleb. Interactions with Clinical team & FoH were excellent - warm, calm, engaged, clear - and no sense of being rushed. Dr Humby was excellent - and she asked if I had MyChart!
