Top notch facilities, great team, modern, feels like the best

Catering doesn’t work very well. Didn’t deliver what I ordered (eg breakfast missed the smoothie and toast), getting a simple cup of tea was tricky. They should write down what you ordered but he didn’t. eg I woke early and really wanted a cup of tea at 6:30, nurse staff said the catering team came on at 7:00 (but would try sooner) but it took 2 hrs to get a cup of tea with my breakfast. Seems strange having to bother the nursing staff with basic food/drink needs by pressing the buzzer. I’d prefer to call the catering people directly. In the end, I didn’t bother ordering anymore as it seemed too difficult. I’m in for another night next Weds 23rd….Hope it’s more organised then!

Other than the catering, everything else is fantastic!
