The outpatients clinic is new and it feels overstaffed and confused. There are far too many people milling about - all very friendly - but stepping on each other's feet, and making the environment less professional and relaxing than it would otherwise be.
I had to wait a long time in between appointments, which I understood, but there was a lot of background noise of staff chatting loudly.
The process for booking appointments is confused and repetitive: you speak to a secretary, you receive (tons of) emails and then you get a call from a booking agent. Feels like you could streamline and simplify the whole process!
