Everybody was kind and helpful. My only complaint is that when on a day stay, following a biopsy at your main hospital, the male nurse left me without the controls and I could not alert anyone that I needed help. Fortunately I had my mobile and called the hospital, gave them my room number, and they sent someone to my room to help. The same male nurse also left me without the bed controls, and I had to get help to lower my head rest. I understand that we are all human, but twice in the same afternoon is not ideal.

Suggested improvements
I was distressed and appalled to see that you only have one disabled toilet on the second floor in the Outpatients clinic, in Portland Place. The other loos are very low and since I was on the fourth floor and in a rush, I used the toilet on that floor. I had huge stress and difficulty in getting up, and it was very upsetting. Please do something about it. A higher loo seat would greatly help, and side handles too. It would avoid the embarrassment of getting stuck on the toilet bowl.

Simone the phlebotomist was great. Nice person and very good with the needle. I did not even feel it.
