The receptionist called me ‘darlin’ repeatedly and whilst it’s ok I personally didn’t particularly find it professional. I was also sent to the first floor by mistake and receptionist there kindly went back to reception to check for me. I should have been directed to third floor. In the Grand scheme of things it was fine but as you have asked if things could be handled better I would say that my experience with the reception could be improved
