Service provided by the caregiver-Urologist- was good. However admin process after the consultation ( billing dept) was a disaster. One has to ask expressly for a formal invoice, otherwise you won’t get one. Whoever picks up the phone will ping pong you to everybody else. So disappointing ! Service and reputation of the clinic are a mismatch.

Suggested improvements
Europeans are not used to pray to have an invoice issued. You should provide one immediately after payment has been made.


Harry Goulding and Emily Campbell are very efficient. Dr a Nathan very professional
