All round first class service in a first class establishment with nicer bathrooms and furnishings than in my house. Everyone from the doormen to the people treating me were professional and warm.

Please note that there are questions about care of nurses and these are forced. I've replied 5 stars but not sure there were any nurses involved. There was one guy who set things up but I don't know if he was a nurse. Likewise, the Q re costs of treatment do not apply as it's going through Private BUPA care and I did not discuss anything financial. So going to say 3 stars??
