The only reason why I didn't write very good was because I had to wait for a while checking in because despite giving my BUPA authorisation code at my previous visit, I was down as Self Funding.
I had returned for a post operative appointment to remove dressings and assess wounds which was already covered.
That said the ladies dealing with the issue were delightful.
