The time & care from the doctor was faultless. When we arrived we were welcomed and told to take a seat. It seemed odd that some people were told about there being water to drink, some were told as an after thought and a select few were offered a hot drink. I would expect all patients and their families to be treated equally. The layout of the waiting area was such that we were sat with our backs to a window - but it had a second pane of glass you couldn't really see was there and so my husband hit his head on it.

As above, treat all patients the same, offer all tea/coffee or have it where they can help themselves - the waiting area smelt like a lovely coffee shop, but no-one was serving! I didn't have any interaction with the nurses on my visit -but there's no N/A and you can't leave it unmarked.

Mr. Ramon Tahmassebi was so reassuring and thorough today. His secretary, Michelle, has also been very helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble and she is always very quick to reply/ action things.
