This was my first visit to the Cleveland Clinic. The friendly and kind, polite welcome at the front door was followed by considerate care from all staff members. It was very impressive and most welcome too. My doctor, Dr Pattle was very welcoming and helpful. So keen to find answers to my problems. The whole experience of the Cleveland Clinic was positive, very considerate and made one feel most welcome. Well done!
