I would say the the overall experience was excellent, from the time I entered the clinic to the time I left, the only reason I have answered ‘not at all’ to the cost question is because this is being coved by my insurance so they will be billed direct.

I don’t believe there is anything you could have done better.

If I’m honest there wasn’t anyone who didn’t act professionally, friendly and efficient throughout my time at the clinic. Not only were the caregivers and receptionists attentive to the patients but they also had a great camaraderie and rapport between themselves which instilled confidence and put me at ease.
