I was able to bring my records up to date and address the two minor health problems that needed treating.

You do seem to have a lot of people engaged in reception. During my visit there seemed to be two people to greet me, a ground floor reception and then a fourth floor reception. They were all very efficient, to be sure, but it meant that I needed to explain myself three times, once to each separate group.
