However I was significantly inconvenienced twice recently . Firstly the team at Moorfield did not take the correct resolution for the MRI scan so I had to take time out of my schedule (and rearrange meetings/commitments) to come back the following day for another scan. Secondly I made an appointment last night with your booking staff at Portland Place for a procedure on Monday 17 June 2024. I was telephoned today to say that you didn’t have a doctor to undertake the procedure and could I move to Tuesday. Surely your team have the availability of medical staff at the time of the booking? Plus it is not easy for me to just to change my schedule because of your mistake. I have significant commitments and this would have caused a major impact to my schedule.
