Prior to my appointment at the Cleveland with my private GP ( who has looked after me for nearly 30 years) I was bombarded with automatic reminders and questionnaires etc. sometimes several times a day. I have been at many private London clinics over the years and never been subjected to this. It was a real “ turnoff”. The only reason I came to the Cleveland was to continue to see my private GP who has moved to your clinic. People like me and I suspect most of your patients do not have the time to deal with this excessive unnecessary pre appointment communications. I had to check every message I received because my GP and his secretary can only communicate with me using MyChart. This is definitely a sign of your paperless systems and huge desire to digitise info. without human intervention “getting way too ahead of themselves”.You really need to streamline this very wasteful operation which is very annoying.
