I was not impressed with the service. The location was not communicated effectively which resulted in extra stress and money being spent on transport. I was also unimpressed with response when I conveyed this point to the staff : “yes, this happens to lots of people…..” I did not think the consultation was of the standard of a private appointment.

Rectify the above points.
