Whilst the overall experience was considered Good, a couple of points stopped the experience from being Excellent:
1. At the Registration Desk the additional information supplied on the Registration Form at a previous visit had not been updated.
2. Whilst consultations do not feel 'rushed' there is an underlying feeling that the consultant's time allocation per patient is pressurised.
