Some difficulties in booking and coordinating follow up tests - endoscopy. Not received results of some of the blood tests that the consultant requested.

Some teething difficulties with check in system. Some teething difficulties with website and online portal. Food that was provided could be better - sandwich and wrap from Soho Sandwich Co both were highly processed with emulsifiers etc. - which the consultant advised should be avoided if possible. It would be really nice if the clinic made its own healthy food instead. It would be good if drinking water provided was not plastic bottles. After CT scan I was slightly dazed - fasting and then eating, and so a bit disoriented. It would have been helpful if someone had shown me back to the changing rooms after the CT scan.

Overall very good.
