I. Arrival the receptionist could not find my room on the computer. This after receiving way too many emails and texts from CC. Your admin could do with improvements as could common sense when it comes to your hospital

Get more professional staff. Apart from this stay whereby my procedure was on time I had on previous visits either been delayed up to 8 hours or cancelled until the following day. To be absolutely blunt im only at this hospital because I’m a patient of Senthil Nathan!
