You are never rushed, the Consultant is reassuring and is keen to ensure you have every opportunity to ask questions and can understand the issues being discussed

Suggested improvements
I have done a number of these surveys and I assume this one was following my follow up telephone consultation with Prof Bernard. If so a number of the questions are not applicable as I did not visit the facility and you don't need to know e.g. if my home is clean. I think you need a different questionnaire for those people who have telephone follow ups or make it very clear for which episode of care the feedback is being requested for. Your email did not make it clear to me, it said We would be grateful if you could take the time to feedback on your recent experience of Cardiology Portland Place here. I didn't go to Cardiology at PP but the Prof did call me from there (and the call was very good)


the people, everyone from the receptionists to the cleaning staff are so nice and caring, it really does feel like they ALL care but in this case it was Prof Bernard, an outstadning clinician and a lovely man.
