Even though I pointed out when booking the appt that my consultant would need to source my scans from my referring consultant this did not happen rendering the appt completely pointless. Meaning I had to schedule a second appt which the Cleveland had the audacity to try and charge me for. Awful. Shelley in your customer experience for saved the day but the whole experience was very upsetting.

Suggested improvements
At a very basic level source the scans inadvance of appts so that consultants can conduct informed appta.
