The clinical care provided by the respiratory team was top class. However, no one seemed clear on where was supposed to be going, I was first directed to completely the wrong floor, and as consequence, even though I arrived on time, I was 15 minutes late for my appointment having been sent to the wrong floor and the wrong team. In addition, the seating in all reception areas needs thought. I've got a completely dislocated rib, making the seating in these areas close to lethal. I ended up perched on the edge of every chair, just so that I could ventilate. I felt as if the priority for the furniture was appearance with no thought given to the fact that this is being used by people who, by self-definition ARE ILL!

Very disorganised reception teams - being misdirected by two floors when I can barely breathe had serious consequences for me. Sort out the disorganisation. And change the seating in reception areas for something that can be used by people who are, at least in my case, seriously ill!
