Dr Phillips is an outstanding gastroenterologist: kind, compassionate, friendly and very talented. (She previously diagnosed successfully an issue for me that 3 other consultants had not over a period of 15 years.) The nurse who pre-assessed me was very friendly and efficient - and all the other staff wore smiles throughout. Overall, a very positive experience.
