My in-person appointments have always been good. Outside appointments it is impossible to receive any answers to queries. To change the date of an appointment it took more than 2 weeks for someone to return my messages. I have an outstanding query now about my procedure which is days away and although your Mychart says that I would receive a response within 48 hours I have still not had a reply. Appalling service outside in person appointments.

Suggested improvements
Reply to patient queries. Call back or email. Just respond or if you do not have the answers, say so or advise of there would be delay. Don't just ignore patient queries.
