Hi Upon arriving at the clinic Thursday 10.02.2022 i was greeted by an young lady who was not wearing a mask. I was then taken by a nurse who rushed me onto the scale and then directly took my blood pressure. I told her that the cuff was too small incidcated by the arrow on the cuff but she ignored me and continue to take my blood pressure.

When taking blood pressure the cuff must be of correct size and you need to sit for 5 minutes to get a accurate reading.

Prof Barbara Mcgowan was amazing..she saved the day... Also the romanian lady doing blood tests was very very nice and proffesional
