I appreciate that The Cleveland Clinic is a recent and welcome addition to London medical services. The services provided did not match up to the ‘benefits’ outlined in the brochure that described what was involved; A. 2.5 hour assesment including 60 minutes with a GP. Assessment was 2hours and 25 minutes with GP ( who commenced 15-20 minutes later than scheduled) B. Full health history and a review of your immunisations and medications - computer was not working so pre submitted information was not to hand or reviewed, though I was able to provide again. (Initial mBCA test results were not mine) C. Sleep, nutrition and mental health assessment - no discussion of nutrition. D. Complete physical examination, including skin evaluation and vision test - no vision test E. Female/male specific tests F. Heart and lung function tests, including ECG and spirometry. No spirometry test. G. Cardiac Stress Test or VO2 + Chest x-ray included* (X-ray not discussed) H. Cancer marker tests** I. 15-minute virtual follow-up Yes and more than,

Suggested improvements
Most of all consider impact of keeping a private patient waiting 15-20 minutes. Consider promotional brochure benefit statements and revise if they are not intentional. I should say that the conversation and medical with the GP was excellent and clearly done by someone with extensive experience. The nurses who did the blood tests and the team who ran the exercise test were super. The Customer Service team, Reception and front of house team were all excellent. The on-line tool is also very impressive. I do not need to discuss this feedback but I am prepared to if asked.
