I found the overall experience to be positive and Dr. Mike Fox was extremely professional, positive and helpful. At no point did I feel rushed and he was happy to answer all questions about my injury (even offering to answer any questions after the event via the site should I have forgotten anything). Although I've only been for 1 consultation (tests and follow-up(s) still being needed), I can say that my initial experience has been very good.
Friendly staff at the entrance guiding you to the relevant waiting area, coffee / water served in the waiting room (which you're pushed to drinking due to short waiting times) and a positive experience during consultation (as described above).
