Prior to my most recent visit I had been trying to reach the colorectal nurses station at Grosvenor Place every day for almost a week after coming home from a surgery and needing some assistance with a wound. I was not able to reach them any of these days. This is of course not related directly to the visit being reviewed in this review but I am unsure where else to report this.
