It is an efficient and well run service. Thank you. However, as the carer to an autistic learning disabled adult, I believe there could be more appropriate communication and support. There seemed to be a lot of staff but not providing help. And this survey starts with a drop down menu which reflects your internal administration, not the patient perspective. I have ticked what I think it is but the Dr is not listed at the end.

Suggested improvements
For example, in recognising that care workers might be attending and their role being understood. And that support to visit the toilet or to manage ADHD of the patient/my son and provide some kind of activity may be needed so that I could talk to the consultant. It is great that appointment times are met although the lifts that could be speedier to arrive. And there could be clearer explanations of where and how things would work for a patient with my son's level of need.
