Excellent treatment throughout, and very attentive and knowledgeable doctor.

Nothing on the day - though I have been disappointed in the follow-up. Having had my consultation on Saturday, I developed new, and potentially concerning symptoms including a high fever that weekend, and used the MyChart app to notify the Clinic of this development. My message was acknowledged over 24 hours later on the Tuesday afternoon, but to this day (now Thursday evening) no-one has been in contact to discuss my temperature and other new symptoms with me. I had to resort to calling 111 earlier, which defeats the object of relying on private health care, and am disappointed that such a positive experience on the day hasn't translated into equally attentive after-care.


Dr Teong Teo was extremely impressive.
