Only one lift was working. Make it difficult to go for my tests and return , as I was not able to take the stairs .

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding care I received during my recent outpatient appointment at Portland Place . From the moment I arrived, Nurse Pia and Jane Camille went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and cared for throughout the entire afternoon. Their professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail were truly remarkable. They coordinated all of my tests and doctor's visits seamlessly, always making sure that I was aware of what was happening and that I was comfortable with the process. Nurse Pia's expertise and calm demeanor put me at ease during what could have been a stressful and nerve-wracking experience. She took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Care Assistant Jane Camille was equally amazing. She was always there to offer a helping hand and went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Her warm smile and friendly demeanor made me feel like I was in good hands from the very beginning. Thank you for everything you do to make a difference in the lives of your patients.
