Share review of Cleveland Clinic Portland Place Outpatient Centre
I spent 18 nights at the Cleveland Clinic Hospital for a complex Whipple surgical procedure. From the moment I saw my Consultant, Dr Charles Imber, to review my case and after which I was immediately admitted to Acute Care, the circumstances of my case, the options available and associated risks, were clearly and unambiguously explained to myself and my family with precision, concern, care and patience. The care I received from Dr Imber, the doctors on his team (Dr Simon Atkinson, Dr Mrish Memon and all other consultants, fellows and junior doctors, all of the nursing staff including Stephanie, Mernalin, Frank, Jaye,
Jaye, Rosilie, Princess, Adam, Veronica, Rhani, Janice, Candy, Charmaine, Abdi, Claudine, Jessica, Grace, John, Diane, Shaheed, Camille, Ainsling and the Nurse Manager Delyth as well as the physios (Chad and Lydia) and the Nutritionist (Abagail) were as exceptional as they were kind. Indeed, I cannot imagine that anyone could possibly be so kind in their treatment and care. The quality of the Cleveland Clinic Hospital was exceptional in its cleanliness, beauty and the modernity of equipment. Simply put, after the care I received, I could not imagine willingly seeking treatment at another facility in the future or recommending a doctor for an abdominal surgery other than Dr Imber to a family member or friend. If care is needed in London, the Cleveland Clinic is the place to seek out.
The Cleveland Clinic Hospital, Consultants, Surgical Team, nurses and all support staff — literally need to end — is exceptional on every conceiveable criteria. I will proceed to provide detailed feedback on respect of each of the questions below.
